В данном тексте речь идет о первом и втором завтраках как первых приемах пищи дня. Само собой разумеется, что обычные приемы пищи – это завтрак, ланч, обед и ужин. Это обычный распорядок в большинстве украинских семей.
Завтрак – первый прием пищи. В будни все члены семьи спешат в школу или на работу и, как правило, завтрак быстрый и легкий. Он может состоять из чашки крепкого чая или кофе, нескольких бутербродов или вареных яиц, или тоста с джемом. Все зависит от вкусов семьи.
Мы проводим много времени в школе или на работе, и есть необходимость перекусить среди дня. В основном люди обедают в час дня. В школе ученики обедают в столовой. Но некоторые деловые люди не могут прийти домой на обед и едят в кафе или ресторане. Некоторые люди едят на рабочем месте. Обычно на ланч подают картофель, салат или бифштекс, за ним следует печенье с чаем или кофе.
